when we're talking about "potential partner" the standards we set hafto be followed NO.MATTER.WHAT... but then when we talk about love, those godamn standard will be thrown out of the window in a heartbeat.

it hinders me from opening up to new people easily and it is also preventing me from re connecting the people that i miss from my past. so yeah im stuck in limbo which is my present. :|
Sugarquill is asking you: How do you think one develops a personality over time? And in your own opinion, can you truly change your personality and not revert to who you were before? Why and how so?
one develops a personality through his/her experiences in life growing up and the way he/she was molded by the parentals. take a spoiled brat for example, if he/she was brought up differently/ had different experiences as a kid that "spoiled brat" personality would've never manifested.
if the reason for the change of personality is something superficial then it wouldn't be long before the previous personality sets back in but if the reason behind the sudden change of personality is truly deeply settled within the person, then anything can be possible. :)
i dont understand why people refuse to admit mistakes when that's what makes us human. unless you're made of cold metal steel slathered with artificial skin then it's okay to not make any mistakes. <-- TRUE!:) Much appreciated Mel :)

sight first before love. with the invention of technology and the the rise of internet hacks and identity thieves, it's better to see that person you may "fall in love with" first that wait for the blow on the chest that signify that you've been scammed. and anyway i think love at first sight is just plain lust. but that's just me. ;)
